You will need to provide a valid
credit card number, a current phone number, email address, and
you will have to sign a credit card waiver authorizing PPDTLA to charge
your card whenever you late cancel or do not show up for a reserved class*.

*We require a 24hr notice before cancelling or rescheduling to
avoid a late charge of $25. No exceptions. Members can only "Confirm"
one session per day via the online booking agent and may go standby
for additional classes if they choose. Once the two month time
period has expired members may switch to the current unlimited
package price.
